This is Shawn, my second husband, who is the love of my life. We met 7 years ago and married 5 years ago. He's by far the best thing I ever picked up on the internet! We have 4 boys between us, all with incredibly different personalities and interests. We've navigated sick and dying parents, work/life balance (if there is such a thing), travel and life's twists and turns with laughter, love, coffee in bed every morning...

Friends, Aging, Menopause, Health & Wellness

I have 3 amazing girlfriends, and none of them live close to me. Our text threads are filled with the indignities of aging, the bullshit of menopause, the frustrations of aging parents and teens/adult children - so much so, that our lived experiences inspired me to start this blog. I'm sure that other women are also going through this same crap - so let's talk about it!
